With the Post-Gazette’s planned closure in May 2026, I’m looking for my next role where I can bring my attention to detail and project management skills to a new team. 

I’m a people-centered worker with an eye for editing and writing, so I’m always looking at a project or message from all angles to ensure clarity and effectiveness. I’ve worked in customer service roles for 10 years, so I’m very passionate about making great experiences for customers while also improving the day-to-day workflows of my team. I use my attention to detail and strong analytical skills to minimize back-and-forth and avoid unnecessary rounds of edits.

I have overseen design and marketing campaigns from start to finish, coordinated across teams, supported partnerships worth $1 million annually, and learned how to prioritize projects for maximum efficiency. I have experience ranging from editorial content promotions to retain and engage subscribers, to B2B and B2C event marketing—generating over $125,000 annually (plus, over $15,000 in just one weekend through effective email marketing).

I also proofread, edit, optimize, and publish all Made in PGH articles, ensuring accessibility across the site. I increased organic traffic to madeinpgh.com by 32% in just 3 months by improving SEO and optimizing content workflows.
